Lord Howe Island is the most beautiful and tiny island in the Tasman Sea east of Port Macquarie.
Time moves at a welcomed leisurely pace as you enjoy the sandy beaches, subtropical forests and marvel in the clear waters that are safeguarded by the ever present and soaring Mount Lidgbird and Mount Gower.
Mick Ainsworth Building was proudly approved as the preferred tenderer to complete the first stage of the Lord Howe Island Golf Club renovations being one of the most unique backdrops for a game of Golf in the world.
The works completed have brought the aged Golf Club into modern building standards along with now providing a 270 degree view of the mountains and ocean.
Every challenge that can present itself both on a tiny Island with limited resources but also as an offshore project from logistics of material, staffing, provisions etc. was met proactively and efficiently and with great pride Mick Ainsworth Building delivered this project on time and within budget setting us apart.
“The Lord Howe Island Golf Club engaged Mick Ainsworth to build a new club renovation on our remote and isolated Island. From our first conversation the Club knew that Mick was very professional! He worked extremely well with our architect, build time, budget and quality of work was high spec and all the builders took great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Mick Ainsworth Builders for any build”.
Best regards
