Termites. Having fought a thirty year running battle with the little blighters in my previous home, they have earned my highest respect.

Not wishing to experience the frustration and bleeding costs of having to replace part after part of this new dwelling, I decided to build with a steel frame.

He has a great crew of tradies who work with him, and they put just as much care and proficiency into the building process as he does.
